Bracing = your systemโ€™s way of creating stability
when the deeper structures arenโ€™t doing it well enough.

Your brain says:

Your muscles comply.

Thatโ€™s what people keep telling me.

They stretch, strengthen, get the massage, do the work, and it helpsโ€ฆ for a while.
Then it comes back.
