Tara's Doula Services I offer childbirth doula services. As your doula my goal is to help you achieve a happy birthing experience. Please contact me for more information.

I provide emotional, mental and physical support during labor. I also do prenatal visits to help you prepare for the birth as well as a postpartum visit. Pregnancy and childbirth has been my passion for so long and I am excited to get my journey started. I am currently working towards my DONA certification. During my training phase I will be offering a reduced rate.

My most recent clients baby. Such an adorable little girl. Always trust your instincts when it comes to your body and baby. This mama had her water break but no one at the Hospital believed her until after the baby came! The birth may not have been ideal but the mama was informed and made what decisions she could along the way ☺️
