🍂 Fall Skincare Tip 🍂

As the air turns cooler and humidity drops, your skin may feel drier and more sensitive. Now’s the time to update your routine:

✔ Switch to a richer moisturizer to lock in hydration

Psoriasis or Eczema? Can You Tell the Difference?

Both psoriasis and eczema cause red, itchy patches on your skin, but they’re not the same thing.

Key Differences:
- Psoriasis: Often has thick, scaly patches that appear silvery-white. Common on elbows, knees, scalp, and lower back.
- Eczema: Usually looks more inflamed and can ooze or crust over. It often shows up inside elbows, behind knees, or on hands.
- Itch Factor: Eczema tends to itch more intensely, while psoriasis may feel sore or cause burning.
