Learn essential life-skills in a safe, comfortable classroom setting with other people receiving comprehensive DBT services. Learn how to be more aware of your thoughts and emotions, to fully experience your senses, and use this awareness (mindfulness) to better tolerate distress, regulate your emotions, and improve the quality of your relationships. Learn how to view life in a balanced way, and move away from a black and white perspective of the world. Stop the all-or-nothing thinking, and learn to walk the middle path.
