I used to have so much mom-guilt about taking time away from my family to workout. I just saw something the other day that helped change my perspective: You’re not taking an hour away from your family, you’re giving them years with you. 🤯❤️ 💪🏼

Taking care of your mind isn’t a lack of faith… it’s a reflection of it. God never asked you to live in constant overwhelm. He invites you into rest, renewal, and peace. “Come to Me… and I will give you rest.” — Matthew 11:28 🙌

Choosing peace isn’t selfish. It’s stewardship. It’s honoring the life, the heart, and the mind He entrusted to you. So give yourself permission to slow down. To rest. And that means today, right now, you are not walking in yesterday’s defeat, but in today’s resurrection power. Whatever you’re facing… you don’t face it alone. The same power that raised Him is alive and working within you. 🙏
