🌎 Happy World Kindness Day! 💙

At Southwest Virginia Community Health Systems, we believe that kindness is a form of care — and care is at the heart of everything we do.

Today, we celebrate the small acts that make a big difference:
✨ A smile
✨ A helping hand
✨ A listening ear
✨ A moment of compassion

Whether it’s supporting a neighbor, encouraging a coworker, or showing yourself a little extra grace, kindness has the power to brighten someone’s day — and strengthen our entire community.

Let’s spread kindness everywhere we go today and every day.
💛 Be kind.
💙 Be compassionate.
🌟 Be the reason someone smiles.
