Each gathering offers a space to reconnect with your inner essence through plant and elemental allies.

We begin with Cacao, opening the heart through ceremony, guided journey, and journaling.

The second session, Rose, invites tenderness and deeper self-communion through ceremony, journey, and reflection.

The final session, Salt and Release, supports purification and integration with a guided journey, journaling, and a sacred salt bath practice.
