Dolly's Crab Cakes: Fresh Picked, Home Cooked, Heart Shared 🦀🧡

Yesterday, our beloved resident, Mrs. Dolly, teamed up with our Recreational Therapy Director, Heather, to hand-pick over 60 fresh Chesapeake Bay crabs, generously gifted by Mrs. Dolly's son.

Today, using Mrs. Dolly's signature recipe, they crafted a batch of golden, delicious, homemade crab cakes served with love to staff and residents.

Three years strong, this tradition continues to bring joy, connection, and an unforgettable taste of love to our Riverside Saluda family. 💕

Progress in Motion - Exciting Transformations Remain Underway! 🚧🔨

As we continue to navigate through phased construction, we're unveiling the following meaningful improvements between Labor Day and Thanksgiving:

-Modernized HVAC systems with pre-conditioned outside air in our North Wing.
-A rejuvenated sunroom for brighter, more relaxing moments.
-A reopened and renovated living room/fireplace lounge.
-Renovated public restrooms.
-An enlarged, upgraded staff breakroom.
-Expanded and more versatile in-house storage.

We can't wait to welcome our residents, staff, and visitors into these refreshed spaces. We are thankful for everyone's patience and support as we continue to build a better Riverside Saluda, together. 💚
