Earlier this Month we Celebrated Nursing Home Administrators Week. We are Proud to have Celebrated the leadership and dedication of our Administrator Fitzgerald Gaines, here at Golden San Andreas Care Center.
With Nearly 15 years of experience as an Adminstrator, Fitzgerald has brought commitment, guidance, and heart to everything he does. His leadership helps create a supportive enviroment for both our residents and staff, ensuring our community receives the compassionate care it deserves every day.
When he's not at our community, Fitzgerald enjoys Fishing, watching collage football, traveling and spending quality time with his family.

Today we celebrate World Social Work Day by recognizing who support our residents and families every day.
At Golden San Andreas Care Center, we are proud to highlight our incredible Social Services team - Social Services Director Rita Ross and Social Services Assistant Jessica Hidalgo. Their dedication, empathy, and advocacy make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.
Rita and Jessica work tirelessly to ensure our residents feel supported, heard, and cared for. From helping families navigate important decisions to providing emotional support and resources, they are truly the heart of our social services department.

Golden San Andreas Care Center is proud to recognize Carina Rosa for her incredible dedication, growth, and leadership!
Carina's journey is truly inspiring. She began her career in 2011 by taking a CNA class, soon becoming a CNA and discovering her passion for patient care. Determined to grow, she continued her education through nursing school, earning her LVN license and stepping into the role of Charge Nurse.
Her Commitment didn't stop there - Carina advanced to Unit Manager, became a CNA Instructor to help guide and mentor future caregivers, served as a Wound Nurse, and now excels in her current role as Infection Prevention.
Throughout every step of her journey, Carina has remained the same sweet, caring, and compassionate professional. She loves her patients, stays incredibly organized, and always goes out of her way to help others - whether it's supporting residents, families, or her fellow team members.
Carina, your hard work, heart, and leadership make a diference every single day. We are so grateful to have you as part of the Golden San Andreas family. Congratulations on being our Employee of the month!🎉👏
