To all the people I care about, patients and friends. 🍁
It is with a heavy heart that I must say goodbye to you as your dentist but not as your friend. As you all know, I have been traveling for more than five years now to Bakersfield and back in order to be with my family. It has been difficult and I finally had to make the decision to sell my practice.
Little Petre, now 27, has found his calling in the entertainment industry and started at Rouge Mocap studios in Los Angeles as a Creative/ Movement Caption Technician. Paul, 26, started his BSN program at National University a month ago, will be in Fresno for the next two years. My husband, Petre, (the original Dr Motiu), continues to teach OB GYN to “new”doctors and residents at Kern Medical Center.
It is finally time for me to join them and stay in one place. I will miss you all very much and it has been my greatest honor to be your friend, there for you and take care of your dental needs for over 18 years in San Andreas and Valley Springs.
I did not want to shut down the dental office. I was lucky to find my replacement:Dr Thanh Pham. Having graduated from the University of the Pacific Dental School in 2016, he has been practicing at MACT in San Andreas for the past year and a half. Not only does he understand our community but has himself a little farm not far from Rail Road Flat. I was truly lucky to find “a local”!
He, his wife Minh, and their two little girls are amazing. Minh will also be practicing alongside Dr Pham. She is an extended function dental assistant and together with Dr Pham, will prove to be a great addition to our community, that, I have no doubt.
Lastly, I will assist Dr Pham in the transition of your dental care and will be available to him so that you all feel comfortable with this process. Jeanine, my trusted long time first assistant and dearest friend, will also be there to assure that the office stays as personable as you have experienced it to be.
