Stretching can make things feel better.
But it doesn’t always make things work better.

Length without strength doesn’t change capacity.
Mobility without control doesn’t change stability.

If something keeps getting tight, sore, or irritated, the issue usually isn’t that it’s too short, it’s that it’s doing too much, too often, or without enough support.

Stretching can be part of the process.
But it’s not the whole solution.

That’s where proper loading, strengthening, and movement retraining come in.

So when you’re dehydrated… you feel tighter, stiffer, and more sore.

Physical therapy improves how your body moves.
Water improves how your body heals.

Don’t sabotage your own progress — hydrate like it matters (because it does).
