Thanksgiving mornings get busy fast, but your body doesn’t have to stiffen up with the rush. A short walk, a few hip and lower-back stretches, some light arm and shoulder movements, and a couple minutes of slow breathing can set the tone for a more comfortable day. Keep your posture tall while you prep, shake out stiffness every hour, and get the family to join you for a quick stretch session. A little movement makes the whole day feel better.
