Before you head to bed tonight, try one small thing for your body.
Stretch your back for a few minutes. Roll your shoulders. Take a slow walk around the block to unwind after a full day of work, errands, and everything in between.
It doesn’t have to be complicated. Small, consistent habits can make a big difference over time, especially when your days are busy and your schedule is full.
Your body works hard for you. A little care at the end of the day goes a long way.
