We had the joy of celebrating Helen, our incredible Activities Director and truly the heart of Meadow Creek. 💐

From bringing smiles to our residents to creating meaningful moments every single day, Helen pours so much love into everything she does. We surprised her with a special gift basket and treated her to a well-deserved lunch at Henry’s Diner as a small thank-you for the big impact she makes.

We were so grateful to welcome Lindsey from Interim Hospice for a truly special visit! 🎶

Her beautiful singing filled our home with warmth, joy, and heartfelt moments that brought smiles to our residents’ faces. Music has a powerful way of lifting spirits, and today was a wonderful reminder of how meaningful those moments can be.
