PUT DOWN YOUR DEVICE & LOVE

yo, there is some hateful s**t going on in our country and in our world right now. Do not be blind to the fact that your device and the media you consume, are set up to separate, elevate, and divide us. Don't give them what they want.

Human beings are animals after all. Altruism is the reason we are still here. We are hardwired and programmed for love, not hate and vitriol. It is so much easier for our central nervous systems to love and lean into LOVE and belonging than it is to ascribe to a narrative of hate that makes us feel like we can't trust and love our neighbors.

In case you didn't know, it's not left versus right. It's top versus bottom. Don't let hate separate.

Self Esteem

What's GOOD?

Are you aware that it's equally as important for us to vent about our joys as it is about our sorrows.

Yeah, you know what I'm talking about! You know the type AND sometimes you are the type that just drones on about how terrible everything is.

I want you to start developing an awareness of how often you are hyper negative and how you can FLIP that pancake and turn it into a positive. I'm not talking about bulls**t toxic positivity. I'm talking about being REAL and being HONEST with oneself.

The truth is that there IS joy and there ARE blessings all around us and sometimes yeah -you do have to takeoff the blacked out Ray-Ban's to see the rose colored hue of life That's right in front of you.

Boundaries ♾️ Love

Boundaries communicate nothing but love. If you say yes and walk away angry at the person or the experience you said yes to, it should've been a no! AND! those are your boundaries talking. Turns out, No is a complete sentence.
