Shannon Health Club is a nationally award-winning health club. Our health club has been in operation since 1992 and serves as a model medical fitness center in our community. We are owned by Shannon Medical Center and are the only hospital-based fitness facility in the area and a proud member of the Medical Fitness Association. Milton Moody has been a valued member of the Health Club for a little over 3 years, bringing positivity and encouragement to everyone around him. At 83 years young, Milton is a true example of consistency, showing up to build both strength and endurance.
What truly sets Milton apart is his attitude. He’s always willing to help others, offer a kind word, and create a welcoming environment for fellow members. His advice is simple but powerful: “Use it or lose it.”
From reconnecting with old friends to making new ones across generations, Milton embodies what it means to stay active, engaged, and positive.
