Shannon Health Club is a nationally award-winning health club. Our health club has been in operation since 1992 and serves as a model medical fitness center in our community. We are owned by Shannon Medical Center and are the only hospital-based fitness facility in the area and a proud member of the Medical Fitness Association. 🤩MEMBER SPOTLIGHT🤩
For the past 4 years, Colter Sherley has shown up with one goal. CONSISTENCY! From getting back into shape after moving to San Angelo to now hitting classes 4-5x a week, he’s built a routine that works.
His advice? “Don’t be intimidated. Classes bring community, accountability, and push you farther than you’d go alone.” He would like to express deep gratitude to the Health Club and its instructors, especially the individuals who have worked in the childcare center over the years.
If you’ve ever taken a class with Colter, you know he’s also building community in his own way (by making everyone run a lap after class!🏃)
We are SO thankful for members like Colter!!!
