Shannon Health Club is a nationally award-winning health club. Our health club has been in operation since 1992 and serves as a model medical fitness center in our community. We are owned by Shannon Medical Center and are the only hospital-based fitness facility in the area and a proud member of the Medical Fitness Association. We have the right to remove any post on our page.

⭐️Instructor Spotlight!!⭐️
Meet Erin Mensch, a dedicated trainer and instructor who has been part of the Health Club family for 3.5 years!
Erin has been a personal trainer for over a year and teaches a variety of classes, but her passion truly shines in the Moving Well program, where she loves helping clients regain mobility, discover strength they didn’t know they had, and take back their health week by week. Watching her clients progress is what makes the job so meaningful for her.
When it comes to her own workouts, Erin loves BodyPump. It has helped build her strength endurance over the years and it remains one of her favorite classes to both teach and take.
Her favorite quote says it all- “You can do hard things!!!”
