I’ve had a little seasonal hiatus and looking forward to resuming our 200 hour YTT and offering public classes as a part of our training weekends 🙏

This weekend we are studying aspects of the subtle body, and Sundays class will focus on the element SPACE and a look at my favorite pose: TRIANGLE 🔺🥰

Grateful for the souls that have joined me on the 200 hour Hatha yoga teacher training journey ✨ hopefully I am able to help them plant the seeds of knowledge, wisdom, intuition, and inspiration that comes from within ✨ our program consists of 9 months and this upcoming weekend marks # 3 - so looking forward to this special time!

One of my 200 hour YTT students and friends, Melissa Carrie is teaching her first donation class tomorrow at 4 pm! Please come and support her! I have asked my trainees to teach 10 hours of karma yoga as part of their program, and I’m so proud of Melissa for deciding to open space and share what we are learning.
