Today we proudly celebrate Helen Woods, our amazing Activity Director at Avir at San Angelo 💛

Helen is a devoted single mother of five and has called San Angelo home for the past four years. She has been part of the Avir family for three and a half years, serving in several roles, including CNA and Medical Records. Through every role, one thing has always remained constant. Her heart for our residents.

Being an Activity Director is Helen’s favorite role because it allows her to spend meaningful time with residents, build strong connections, and bring joy into their everyday lives. Her compassion, dedication, and genuine care make a lasting impact on our community.

Thank you, Helen, for all you do to create moments that matter and for always putting our residents first. 💙

San Angelo Nursing and Rehab is a nursing home and rehabilitation center in San Angelo, Texas. We offer 24-hour skilled nursing, physical, occupational, and speech therapy, and respite care to families and hospice providers. Come visit us and check out all of our hard work!
