We had such a great time today representing Cedar Manor and Park Plaza Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation at Christian Village!

Thank you to Christian Village for welcoming us and giving us the opportunity to share how skilled nursing can support residents in assisted living when they need a higher level of care. From short-term rehab to IV therapy, wound care, therapy services, and 24-hour nursing support — we’re here to help residents transition smoothly and safely when their needs change.

It’s always fun partnering with amazing community professionals! A special thank you to Shanna Eisenbach with Paradigm Home Health for joining us — we love collaborating with strong community partners who share the same heart for patient care.
