We partnered with Chase No Limits for the Chase With Heart Challenge because heart health is something we don’t take lightly.

In line with guidance from the American Heart Association, here’s why movement matters:

Just 150 minutes of moderate activity a week can lower your risk of heart disease by around 30 percent.

Running as little as 5 to 10 minutes a day has been linked to a lower risk of cardiovascular death.

Regular aerobic exercise can drop resting blood pressure
by 5 to 8 mmHg.

Walking consistently helps improve cholesterol by lowering LDL and increasing HDL.

Cardio strengthens your heart so it can pump blood more efficiently over time.

This challenge isn’t just about being the fastest or logging the most miles. But it’s about taking care of the one heart you’ve been given.
