A lunch-hour meet-and-greet for wellness providers serving clients in Marin County interested in networking and staying connected to our fellow practitioners.

Hosted by the Chinese medicine practioners of Refuge Marin, Nikole Maxey and Amy Garden in collaboration with matrescence doula, Kate Seaton.
All healing and wellness modalities are welcome: holistic practioners, bodyworkers, birth workers & doulas, energy workers, therapists, spiritual guides, etc.

Here we are. The tipping point into autumn. Where the season of joy descends into the release & letting go. I always picture the scythe coming through the fields after the abundance of the harvest & slicing away, clearing to make dormant. The shift from outward growth to internal rest & reflection.

I’ve become quite passionate about cleansing at this time. Letting the body clear and go fallow for a spell. How silly we are to think that we’re always moving in the direction of growth & productivity.

I’ll be sharing more on my blog about tending to ourselves in this season, where the light & shadow come into balance, my beloved parasite intestinal cleanses, and how to bring the light of consciousness into the recesses of the body to engender wellness.
