Get In Shape For Women is a personal training studio. Our personal trainers specialize in working with women of all ages and levels of fitness. They work with EVERY CLIENT, EVERY WORKOUT to help you stay on track to hit your health, weight loss, and fitness goals.
Our program is scientifically proven to help women increase strength and burn calories. Every workout session includes 4 components:
Weight Training - customized by your trainer for your level of fitness.
High-Intensity Interval Training - cardio to burn fat and keep your heart healthy.
Nutrition Coaching - guidance from your trainer on what to eat, when, and how much.
Accountability - your trainer pushes, encourages, and keeps you on track.
Each workout session is limited to 4 women. Our clients tell us they love having workout buddies to keep them motivated to come to the studio and work hard!
