It's time to put things in order in the medicine storage area.

So where do you start?

The first is to collect all the medicines in the house in one place.

Check all expiration dates and prescriptions for medications. Throw away all expired medications, medications that you do not know for, and those that you do not plan to take anymore.

Sort the remaining medications by category (for example: colds, pain relievers, heart medications, blood pressure, vitamins, nutritional supplements, children's medications, etc.). Here are some tips for cleaning your refrigerator:
- Take out all the food from the refrigerator,
- Clean every shelf,
- Wipe down the inside of the refrigerator,
- Wash all drawers,
- Throw away all expired food,
- Get rid of everything you don't use.
In accordance with the characteristics of your refrigerator, fill it with products based on the following: place non-frozen foods, meat, fish, seafood on the coldest shelf (you can determine the coldest shelf by the presence of ventilation holes on the walls of the refrigerator). And then, as the temperature rises, add: dairy products, yoghurts, cheeses, sausages, ready-made food. Do not put hot food in the refrigerator, as this will encourage mold in the refrigerator. Place juices, water, wine, sauces, eggs on the refrigerator door. Drawers are designed for storing fruits and vegetables. Remember that bananas, apples, tomatoes, potatoes, onions, garlic, honey, chocolate, nuts do not require refrigeration. Eat tasty and healthy - be healthy!

The kitchen is the heart of the house where we spend most of the time. Visual noise on the work surface makes your kitchen less tidy and sometimes even cluttered. Try to organize your work surface so that only the essentials are at hand. Use trays or coasters to organize areas on the surface (coffee/tea area, spice area, cutlery area, etc.). Make it a habit in the evening before bed to clean up the kitchen and put everything in its place so that your Good Morning begins with a smile and not with cleaning and looking for a clean cup for coffee.
