We talk a lot about physical rest.
But emotional rest is just as important. Emotional rest means giving yourself permission to not carry everything for everyone.
It means saying:
"I can’t solve this today."
"I need a moment for myself."
"I’ll come back to this later."
You don’t have to be strong every hour of every day.
Even the most resilient people need space to recharge their hearts.
Take a breath.
Unplug for a bit.
Your mind will thank you.
