October is National Spine Health Awareness Month! 🌟 Let’s take a moment to focus on keeping our spines strong and healthy. Here are a few tips for maintaining a healthy spine

1. Maintain Good Posture: Whether sitting or standing, keeping your back straight and aligned helps reduce stress on your spine.
2. Stay Active: Regular exercise, especially core-strengthening workouts, supports your spine by improving muscle stability.
3. Lift Properly: Always bend at the knees and keep heavy objects close to your body when lifting to avoid back strain.
4. Sleep Smart: Use a supportive mattress and try to sleep on your side to keep your spine aligned.
