Texas Spine Care Center’s 2026 Fiesta Medal, La Catrina Flor, celebrates San Antonio’s past, present, and bright future.

Inspired by San Antonio’s iconic La Catrina (home to the tallest in America and second tallest in the world at each Día de los Mu***os), La Catrina Flor’s pink folklórico dress sparkles with bluebonnets, honoring the 125th anniversary of the bluebonnet being named the Texas state flower on March 7, 1906.
And there are REAL bluebonnets, too. In partnership with Centro San Antonio and Travis Park is becoming downtown’s first large-scale bluebonnet field, with activations across the city — River Walk, Lady Bird Johnson High School, and more. bexarblooms.com
Show Me Your Boots! Celebrating the 135th Battle of Flowers Parade, this medal features THREE rotating boots: the 210 boot, the boots (largest cowboy boots in the world), and a custom design from family-owned since 1915 at their original Division Ave location.
Three bluebonnets on the top bar honor Penny and Emlyn Jeffrey and their granddaughter Madelyn, and all who lost their lives in the July 4, 2025 Hill Country floods. We keep their names alive as we continue caring for our neighbors with compassion and unity.
