Good time management skill is an asset when it comes to staying organized. When you organize your time on any scale, you automatically create order.
There are lots of ways to slice your working hours every day. 8 hours is a lot of time you may be spending on too many things that have little or no value to your long-term goal, e.g., low-value meetings, reacting to urgent but unimportant emails, social browsing, responding to notifications etc.
Time management works on a weekly basis when you’re making important plans and establishing recurring events. It works on a monthly basis when you’re deciding where you need to be and when. It also works on an annual basis when you’re planning which events to attend, or when to start a new habit.
A little bit of organization can go an incredibly long way toward increasing effectiveness, boosting productivity, and creating new habits that foster the efficiency you crave.

Not asking and comparing salaries

It’s considered impolite to ask how much an office mate is earning.
Discussing income can cause interpersonal conflicts, and make either one feel jealous or inferior, which can affect your working relationship.
Do not to compare how much you’re earning against your peers because you should realize that what really matters is you’re making more money today than you were last year.
We all have different skills, talents, and opportunities and someone will always be earning less, and earning more than you.
So instead of comparing yourself to others, simply focus on increasing your cash flow year after year.

By laughing along, you will support the other person and help them see that you are listening to them.

If you’ve been working for a while on one thing, try switching to something else. Look for ways to do things slightly differently. This will fend off boredom and help your mind stay sharp and focused. By mixing things up, you’ll use parts of your brain a little differently each day. Ginger serves as a preventative measure to strengthen defenses against common cold symptoms. It also contributes to strengthening the immune system,
The ginger provides heat, and honey and lemon soothe the inflammatory and throat irritations.

Ingredients:
😀1-inch fresh ginger root
😀1 cup boiling water
😀1 tablespoon lemon juice
😀1 tablespoon raw honey

Preparation:
😀Grate ginger and put it in the teapot.
😀Add one cup of boiling water to this.
😀Let it steep for about 3 minutes.
😀Take honey and lemon juice in a separate mug
😀Mix well.
😀Strain the ginger tea into the mug.
😀Stir well and sip.
😀You can have this tea 3 to 4 times a day to ease yourself from the symptoms of a cold.

The better we get at storing clutter out of sight, the less likely it is to accumulate.

Daily coffee creamer can impact your cholesterol

Most "creamers" contain no actual cream.
While this might be good news for those that are lactose intolerant, it often means the products are full of sugar, oil, and thickeners.
The oil is often partially hydrogenated, making in a very unhealthy trans fat to consume daily.
Eating a lot of trans fat raises your chances of having bad cholesterol that can raise your risk of developing heart disease or stroke.
A one-tablespoon serving of coffee creamer contains less than 0.5 grams of trans fat.
Given its incredibly unhealthy nature, pouring it into your cup of joe each morning is not the best idea.
