Today, I honor the strength, spirit, and sacred traditions of my ancestors. As an Indigenous healer, every breath of my work is a continuation of their prayers, their medicine, and their fight to protect the Earth and our ways of life.

We are not relics of the past — we are living, breathing wisdom.
We carry stories in our bones, songs in our blood, and healing in our hands.
And still, we rise — reclaiming language, land, ceremony, and sovereignty.

To my fellow Indigenous relatives: You are medicine. You are the dream of your ancestors. Never doubt your power.

To our allies: Honor us by listening, learning, and standing beside us — not just today, but every day.
