Today 1 yr ago I took my first appt as a Massage Therapist! They say the first year is the hardest and if you make it to that first yr , you’ll do great but I honestly feel that every yr will always require you to sacrifice , to work hard , there will always be a struggle because you will always want to do better .. IM SO HAPPY FOR MYSELF BECAUSE IVE PUT IN THE WORK .. I Love what I do and I’m always Gona push myself to be better .. No one sees the internal struggles I deal with .. Having kids and trying to run a business (being your own boss) isn’t easy but I’m going to always remember why I’m doing this .. I Want Better in life ! To show my kids their mama is a Boss👩🏻‍💼

Just like anything else you will ever do for your body , it has to be repetitive.. you will feel better after one time but I promise even if it’s once a month , every two weeks or even once a week , you’ll feel like new , you will sleep better , have more energy as your muscles won’t be as tight as not getting massages.
