Our approach to physical rehabilitation ensures that our dedicated Family Caregivers are equipped and confident to provide safe support to their loved ones once they return home from a hospital stay with us. Plus, once Patients are back in the community, PAM Health San Antonio’s monthly support groups are a resource for Patients and Family alike.
