NOTICE: On July 31st, 2025, Consultants in Pain Medicine disbanded. We went in three directions, and I am happy to say that I am still in the same location with the same phone number. Unfortunately, the remaining partners did not allow those of us going to different groups, other than their new group, to have easy access to our patients' records. This has made for a difficult transition. My phones have not been working well for the last week, but they should be fixed before the end of the week. If you are having a hard time reaching me, please DM me here or come over to the office. Sorry for the little bump in the road. SJones
