Did you know that this discreet Japanese Finger technique called "Jin Shin Jyutsu" can calm anxiety or anger. Just close your eyes, take a deep breath and hold each finger with the opposite hand for at least 1 min. Once all fingers or the fingers of your choice have been activated. Switch hands and repeat.
I use this technique for myself before taking a big exam or when my anxiety is triggered and it has helped me a lot.
