Last week, I shared a post about resilience — how it shows up quietly, persistently, often in the most unlikely places.
Today, I came across this small cluster of clover in London (yes, I'm in London right now). It was growing in a tight corner, pressed between a brick wall, a post, and the pavement. No soil in sight. No sunlight pouring in. And yet — it’s growing.
This is what resilience often really looks like. Not picture-perfect. Not dramatic. Just life finding a way. Healing in imperfect spaces. Choosing to grow in cramped corners, when the world feels heavy or rigid.
As a therapist, I see this kind of growth in my clients all the time — in subtle shifts, brave decisions, and the quiet refusal to give up. Even when hope is small. Even when the "space" to thrive feels nonexistent.
✨ This is your reminder: You don’t need perfect conditions to begin again. Even here, you can root. You can grow.
