From the hospital to the classroom again!
Taught a CPR class today with six amazing students, and man… the energy was on point. We went through BLS skills, proper technique, when to act, and how staying calm can truly save a life.

I love moments like this , pouring into future healthcare professionals, seeing things click, and watching their confidence grow right in front of me. It’s a blessing to be able to teach what I’m passionate about and help people feel ready for real life situations.

Today I had the privilege of teaching CPR to 3 incredible students, and man… we locked in! We went over the proper use and hands on practice of BLS, making sure every compression, every breath, and every action was done with confidence and purpose. 💪🏽🫀

It’s always a pleasure being able to pour into future healthcare professionals and help build those life saving skills. Moments like this remind me why I do what I do.

Today I had the privilege of teaching 3 amazing students who came ready to learn, grow, and step outside their comfort zone. 🙌🏾

Together we practiced high quality compressions, rescue breaths, and real life scenarios. What made this class special was the safe, supportive space we built. Everyone shared their fears, thoughts, and questions openly, and we turned that into confidence and skill. 💪🏾
