"Next time you feel stressed or overwhelmed, try asking: What do I need right now? Then honor your answer."

Asking “What do I need?” is not selfish—it’s self-compassion in action.
When we truly care for ourselves, we’re better able to care for others. This question is like a compass bringing us closer to alignment with our values.

🌱 Next time you feel stressed or overwhelmed, try asking: What do I need right now? Then honor your answer.

"Why do siblings remember the same childhood so differently?
Because even with the same parents, the same experiences, the same dinners — no two siblings grow up in the same home.
One may remember chaos; another remembers calm. One may have been the caretaker; another, the protected one."

Why do siblings remember the same childhood so differently?

Because even with the same parents, the same experiences, the same dinners — no two siblings grow up in the same home.

One may remember chaos; another remembers calm. One may have been the caretaker; another, the protected one.

In this week’s episode, Elise learns that repairing her relationship with her sister isn’t about agreeing on the past — it’s about finally acknowledging that both versions exist.
