Did you know what we feed ourselves affects the brain? Did you know that certain foods trigger certain responses in the body? Did you know that dye in drinks like red soda affects behavior in some children? Did you know that we expose our children to toxins going to fast food chains like McDonald’s? Did you know if you suffer from allergies you can go on a low histamine diet to alleviate symptoms? Did you know that we are exposed to plastics and heavy metals daily? Did you know that the materials used for certain cups such as the cups they serve coffee in disintegrates into our drink? Did you know that wheat contains pesticides that can’t be washed off? The United States is the only country that allows this to happen. Did you know that certain genes contribute to certain illnesses and mental health disorders? Did you know that vitamin D is used as a preventative to cancer? Did you know that the DAO gene is found in patients with schizophrenia? Did you know that the MTHFR is found in patients with people with Bipolar. Did you know that the MAO gene contributes to Autism, Alzheimer’s disease, Depression, and Parkinson’s disease?
