Anyone else grow up feeling like you couldn’t express your emotions, especially if they made the people around you feel uncomfortable?
Being present and in the moment means allowing what is currently moving through your body and spirit to be exactly as it is. Emotions are not inherently good or bad - they simply are what they are. Allowing yourself to feel them in the moment allows them to move through you and not remain within your physical and emotional body. Creating space for that process to happen is a beautiful, healing way to care for yourself. We are all emotional beings - allow space to exist as you are.
