Cancer hides. The earlier it is detected, treatment is more effective and survival rates increase. Galleri is an Early Cancer Detection Test that allows you to screen for multiple cancers with one blood test.

The standard of care is to screen for 5 cancers (listed below). Galleri is intended to supplement, but not replace those screening tests. Keep in mind, 70% of cancers do not have specific screening tests.

-Breast Cancer - Mammogram
-Cervical Cancer - PAP Smear/Pelvic Exam
-Prostate Cancer - PSA/Prostate exam
-Colorectal Cancer - Colonoscopy
-Lung Cancer(for those at-risk)

Who is is the Galleri Test for?
Adults, specifically those with increased risk of cancer.
**Cancer risk increases by over 13 times once we reach the age of 50, and only 5-10% of cancers are inherited.

Too many of us go to bed bored. We aren't doing enough with our day. When our head hits the pillow, we should sleep.

Too often, we bring distractions to bed - a phone, a television, our burdens.
These distractions are dangerous.
They are at odds with our goals and our alignment with our purpose, our Lord.

Lay down the distractions. Don't give yourself the time and luxury of being bored.
Move your body. Physically engage with your wold. Intentional exercise, not just the basic requirements of the day.
Pray. Leave your worries with the Lord.
Breathe.
Stop going to bed bored.

Out of privacy, I don't often share patient success - but this is just way too sweet to keep in.

Patient success has very little to do with Invert Health and everything to do with discipline and sacrifice.

Maybe you're trying to lose weight, reverse insulin resistance, decrease cardiovascular disease - your health journey is unique and different than anyone else.

ApoB and Cardiovascular Disease Risk:

Statistics show us that most of us will die of some form of heart disease (heart attack, stroke).

Does it have to be that way? Not necessarily.

Step 1: ascertain risk.
What are your biomarkers? ApoB is important, but it is one piece of the puzzle (albeit an important piece).
Other factors matter: inflammation, insulin resistance, family history, endothelial function, blood pressure, etc.

Step 2: Act
Yes - there is a significant genetic component to cholesterol/lipids. BUT, lifestyle can move the needle in a significant way.

Look at the patient example (Slide 2).
Baseline ApoB = 163.
*6.5 months of HARD work and dialing in her lifestyle and targeted supplementation reduced her ApoB level 74mg/dL.
That is incredible.

This was someone who is dedicated. She was steadfast. But those 6.5 months were not perfect. Life happened - a LOT of life. A lot of stress. There were times that her path deviated, but she was able to course correct and maintain her direction.

Health is about motion toward a destination. There will be challenges. It won't be perfect. Consistency wins.

Feeling tired?

How you feel today has a LOT to do with what you did YESTERDAY.]
Did you take care of the basics yesterday?
Did you get up at the right time?
Did you give your body the substrate to perform at its peak?
Did you give yourself enough sleep opportunity to maximize your rest?
Did you avoid caffeine late in the day?
Did you eat a late meal or drink alcohol?
Did you scroll your phone or watch television from your bed?

You don't have to be perfect. None of us are.
But if you want to improve your energy, take care of the basics and be consistent.
