💵 $20–$21/hr (based on experience)
🗓 Mon–Thurs 7:30am–5pm | Fri 8am–12pm

We’re looking for a skilled, compassionate, and fast-paced Medical Assistant to join our growing pulmonary & sleep medicine team! If you’re passionate about patient care and thrive in a busy clinical environment, we want to meet you.

⭐ What You’ll Do

• Assist providers with DME orders & prescriptions
• Take vitals, vision tests, hearing tests, temperatures, eye exams & room patients for consults
• Administer medications/injections as ordered
• Work with pharmaceutical reps
• Perform basic labs & prepare specimens
• Accurately maintain patient records & coding requirements
• Handle phones, faxes, appointment reminders & all prior authorizations
• Provide patient education on treatment plans
• Schedule hospital procedures & coordinate required documentation
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Must be familiar with sleep medicine, pulmonary medications, and the Weave phone system

⭐ What We’re Looking For

✔ 3+ years MA experience (Required)
✔ Certified Medical Assistant (Required)
✔ Strong knowledge of pulmonary & sleep patient care
✔ Experience with insurance verification & hospital scheduling
✔ Excellent communication & able to work under pressure
✔ Strong understanding of anatomy & physiology
✔ Great patient care skills, especially with ECG, vision, and hearing tests
✔ Able to commute to San Antonio, TX 78258
✔ Must pass drug screen & background check
✔ Bring professional references to your interview
