Hey guys! Here is our Thanksgiving-themed menu — I am so excited about this one. 🙌
And is it too early for peppermint bark? Because I’m feeling it for this week! 😋

Place your order TONIGHT and you’ll get a free pack of our Peppermint Dark Chocolate Bark — a sweet way to say thanks for being part of the HC Prepped family!

🥘 VERY IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:
We will be closed the following week — there will be no cooking or deliveries the weekend after this menu (the week of Thanksgiving).
➡️ Please order your extra freezer-friendly meals this week so you’ll be stocked up while we’re off!
You’ll see an option on the order form for an additional 6-meal pack special — $58 (add $18 if you’d like upgraded protein portions).

(If you’re a subscriber, your meals will automatically be skipped that week and resume as normal when we return.)

Here’s how our freezer-friendly meals will work this week!

You can add on six meals to any package you’re selecting — it’ll include two of each entrée listed below:
🦃Turkey Cranberry Turkey Meatballs
🍗 Buffalo Chicken Rice
🥢 Beef Bulgogi

We won’t be able to accommodate substitutions on these meals since our prep flow will already be a little different. If you’d like to upgrade these six meals to the extra-protein (6 oz) version, it’s just an $18 add-on.

Please let me know if you have any questions! I’ll go over all the details again when the new menu launches at 7 p.m., and it’ll also be explained clearly on the order form.

Heyyy!! Just a quick holiday heads-up — we’ll be off the week of November 24–28 to recharge and spend time with our families. 🦃💚

Next week’s menu will be our Thanksgiving-themed menu (one of our favorite traditions every year!) 🍂✨
We’ll also be offering an optional add-on of 6 freezer-friendly meals — perfect if you’re working a few days the following week and still want to stay stocked up.

We’ll take care of you, no worries! 💚

Hey y’all! 👋 We’ve got another new tenant joining our commercial kitchen here in Alamo Ranch! 🎉

She’s officially here Wednesday through Friday, cooking up some incredible homemade soul food!

She just moved in today, and her first plates will be ready tomorrow — think fried pork chops, collard greens, cornbread, and more! 🤤

She’ll be switching up her menu weekly, so whether you’re grabbing lunch during the day Wednesday or dinner on Thursday and Friday night, make sure to come support her and show some love!

Let’s keep supporting all the amazing small businesses growing right here in our kitchen. 🙌

Meet our newest tenant here at the kitchen — Rita Olsen! 🌮 She’s based right here in Alamo Ranch and sells her incredible homemade tamales every Tuesday out of our commercial kitchen.

She’s also taking holiday pre-orders — including smoked turkeys and more! 🦃🔥

Let me tell you… her brisket tamales are unreal. My daughter ate them all week — totally obsessed. 😋 She’s got just 5 packs left today ($30/dozen, pickup here at the kitchen).
