Meditation can be so hard sometimes. My very first profound experience that was like eye-opening with meditation was while I was laying on my couch. With my kids running around. I don't even think I was trying to meditate. I was just trying to quiet the voices lol. In that moment something told me if you don't learn how to work with the chaos you'll never be able to learn how to do the work.
