In this video, I’m working on a fun little rhythm and timing exercise: alternating foot taps on a 4-inch step while turning in a full circle. Why? Because rebuilding that smooth running rhythm after an injury is a game-changer. It’s all about finding that flow again so you can run efficiently and reduce the risk of future injuries. Let’s keep it smooth and steady!

We’re not ones to throw a new pair of shoes at every condition that runners present with. But there are times when adding external support through a shoe can greatly approve run efficiency and reduce symptoms.

In this case you can see the client had excessive left ankle pronation with running, once we switched to a motion control shoe he was able to achieve a much more neutral position through his ankle.
