My next Walk with a Doc will be tomorrow, Saturday October 11th at 8:30 am, at Walker Ranch Park. October is the start of spooky season but also Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Feel free to come dressed up in something festive or just in your usual walking attire. Come ready to walk 2 miles with me and listen to a brief health talk on breast cancer awareness. My next Walk with a Doc will be on Saturday, July 12th at 8:30 am at Walker Ranch Park. Enjoy this free 2 mile walking event on paced trails every 2nd Saturday of the month. There will also be a brief health talk and raffle prize. Frequent walkers get free t-shirts. Water and snacks included. Hope you see y’all there!
