Therapy is a process that takes time, energy, and dedication. Putting in the work can make day to day life more enjoyable with a reduction in stress, anxiety, and improvement in mood. Therapy isn't always easy, but it is easier than not going to therapy.

1.) Exercise: Physical activity can improve your mood, increase energy, and reduce anxiety.

2.) Practice relaxation techniques: Deep breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, and guided imagery can help you calm down.

3.) Prioritize tasks: Use to-do lists and calendars to organize your workload. Set realistic deadlines and break big projects into smaller tasks.

4.) Take breaks: When you're feeling stressed, step away from the situation and shift focus. Do a little dance, play a song, or go for a walk. Mix it up and take a break.

5.) Practice positive thinking: Reframe negative thoughts, focus on solutions, and practice gratitude.
