Your mind is like a puzzle — sometimes the pieces feel scattered, overwhelming, or out of place. But when you put in the work, give yourself patience, and ask for support when you need it, those pieces start to come together.

Healing isn’t instant. Growth isn’t always easy. But piece by piece, you can build something whole, strong, and truly fulfilling.
