Start your day with intention, nourishment, and a warm cup of healing 💚

✨ Why Herbal Tea First Thing in the Morning?

Your body has been detoxing overnight… this gentle herbal tea supports digestion, boosts metabolism, and sets a calm, positive tone for your day.

🍵 Get Fit Mantra Herbal Tea Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup water
4–5 fresh tulsi (holy basil) leaves 🌿
½ inch ginger (grated)
½ tsp fennel seeds (saunf)
½ tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1 small cinnamon stick
2–3 drops lemon juice (optional)
Honey (optional, only if needed)

Method:

1. Boil water in a pan
2. Add ginger, fennel, cumin, and cinnamon
3. Let it simmer for 5–7 minutes
4. Add tulsi leaves at the end and switch off the flame
5. Strain into a cup
6. Add lemon or honey if desired
7. Sip slowly and mindfully ☀️
