1 small cinnamon stick
2–3 drops lemon juice (optional)
Honey (optional, only if needed)
Method:
1. Boil water in a pan
2. Add ginger, fennel, cumin, and cinnamon
3. Let it simmer for 5–7 minutes
4. Add tulsi leaves at the end and switch off the flame
5. Strain into a cup
6. Add lemon or honey if desired
