CUSTOMIZED WORKOUT Videos
Since I am not able to do personal training inside my gym right now I am finding my inner Denise Austin and offering personalized workout videos for $20! We can focus on upper or lower body, full body, core, strength training, stretching, physical therapy, or just burning as many calories as possible.
