Without consistency, we tend to forget those newly learned skills and start back at ground zero. ✨

5 Lash Extension Retention Tips 👇
Retention is a 2-person job — the artist AND the client.

1️⃣ Control your humidity
Always follow your glue brand’s humidity recommendations.
Use a dehumidifier on humid days and a humidifier when levels are too low.

2️⃣ Watch your glue shelf life
Check open dates and toss expired adhesive. Old glue = poor retention.

3️⃣ Client education matters
Aftercare is everything. Teach proper home care and the do’s & don’ts.

4️⃣ Use glue that matches your speed
If you’re a newer artist, fast-drying glue may work against you.
Choose a dry time that fits your skill level.

5️⃣ Match glue to your climate
What works in California may not work in Texas.
Environment plays a huge role in retention.
