- Accepting newborns NOW - If baby is born between today and August 22, he/she will be initially seen by Dr. Fitch or Dr. Tardy until Dr. Castillo starts on August 22, 2022.
- Accepting all other patients on August 22, 2022. We'd be glad to put your child on the schedule to be seen on/after August 22, 2022.

Dr. John Gibson:
- Accepting newborns for 1st time parents.

An update from Heritage Pediatrics.

Happy St. Patrick's Day! Here are the Heritage Pediatrics Updates for Tuesday.

Your pediatricians are ready for your questions!

1. Spring Breaker Skiers: If you visited a ski resort in the past 2 weeks, pay special attention to the Colorado Department of Health recommendations . Anybody that visited the 4 counties of Eagle, Summit, Pitkin and Gunnison counties are considered high risk and need to "minimize contact" with others. These areas include popular ski resorts such as Aspen, Breckenridge, Keystone, Vail, and Steamboat, among others. 2. Office Visit Update: Currently we are still conducting well visits in the morning and sick visits every afternoon. Ill children remain our priority and we have plenty of capacity for illness at this point. We are daily assessing the situation and will change as needed to keep our patients and staff safe. We continue to have a closed waiting room and a contact-less entry process. Follow the directions on the front door. When you are escorted to a room our providers will be in mask and/or respirators.

3. Playgrounds: As you socially distance, some parents have asked our opinions of using community playground equipment. At this time, our recommendation is that you avoid shared playground equipment which can carry coronavirus for multiple days.

4. Worry: You are not the only one who may be feeling worried. Many of our children are anxious at this time as coronavirus seems all-consuming. See our recent post from child psychologist Dr. Mauzé for some practical tips on managing this.

Remember, you are supporting a local, family owned business. And the flan is to die for!

The health and safety of our guests, team members, and partners is our top priority. Our team is taking all of the necessary health and safety precautions during operations, including social distancing and constant cleanliness and sanitation practices.

Both El Mirasol locations are currently open regular hours, and if you would like to dine at home, we encourage guests to call us to place a to-go order, with curbside delivery available at our Blanco location. We will keep you updated with any changes in the days ahead. ❤️️

And yes, right now, getting your hair done can make you feel better. These ladies understand that and are working hard to make this possible.

This is also a small, woman owned business. They all need our support.

We are OPEN today! We are taking every precaution and are here for you for a moment of self-care during these times.
Here's a reminder of the steps we are taking to make sure our salon is a safe and healthy place.

Along with our usual standards for sanitation in compliance with local & federal laws, we are taking recommendations from the CDC in implementing the following protocols:
· We will be making our beverages available to guests with a self-service option;
· We will continue to use paper towels to prevent spreading of germs;
· We clean all surfaces in the salon every 30 minutes throughout the day;
· We require our team to wash their hands for a minimum of 20 seconds between guests. If hand washing is not available, they must use a hand sanitizer that is 60-95% alcohol-based;
· We request that both guests and team stay home if they are feeling unwell.
· We have suspended hand massages and makeup services;
· Capes are washed after every use;
· We ask that anyone with fever or respiratory symptoms not enter the salon and call to reschedule your appointment for a later date.
· We love your hugs and handshakes, but smiles work just as well.

In light of the unprecedented public health concerns surrounding the Covid-19 pandemic, we are implementing business measures to prioritize the health and safety of our employees, our customers, and our community.

We are deeply committed to keeping our clients safe and healthy during the current outbreak of Cornovirus.
The nature of our business model in our spa’s are private and we serve clients on an individual basis. We are able to sanitize and disinfectant directly after each and every client. Our salons continue to have the highest standards to provide a clean and safe environment.
I would like to encourage all healthy clients to keep your appointments. At this challenging time, all of our local businesses including ours critically depend on your patronage.

Our team is committed to help you stay healthy both mentally and physically by continuing to provide a place where you can exercise and take care of yourself. Right now we all need to be drinking plenty of water, soaking up some fresh air, eating well and doing things to help reduce stress levels.

We also want to assure you that we are monitoring and following state and federal best practices regarding COVID-19 virus. Below is our current operational plan, but this could change as the situation evolves and we receive guidance from local officials. In addition to the CDC recommendations, we are making some changes to our policies and procedures:

Starting Sunday, March 15, we are limiting our class sizes. By limiting class sizes, we are ensuring you can still come to class without worrying about crowding. The class sizes may change as we get a better idea of what this looks like over the next few days. Depending on attendance, we are open to adding more, smaller, classes to the schedule.
Please make sure you download our app "TheUnionSA" and make a reservation to ensure your spot in class. You can find it here: Union App for Apple and Union for Android . Check our schedule before coming to make sure there is room in the class. Any classes that are full will show up as “wait listed” on our live schedule. If you are waitlisted and a spot in class becomes available, you will receive a notification. We will hold your spot up to 5 minutes before class before cancelling your reservation, or releasing your spot to a walk-in client. If you make a reservation and can not make it to class, please cancel on the app or by calling the studio(s). If you make a reservation and do not show up to the class, a $10 cancellation fee will be issued to your account.
We understand the importance of keeping our community as healthy as possible and the incredible health benefits exercise can provide such as aiding in stress management and boosting immunity. For this reason we will continue to offer classes as long as we possibly can and explore options to provide more creative ways to keep you moving. Thank you for being a part of our U community.
