Hey everyone!
I’ve been working hard on something new that I’m excited to roll out for the New Year. When I started Move Fizeo, the goal was simple: help people move better, get stronger, lose weight, and build healthier habits without burning out. A lot of programs out there are excessive, and most people just need a simple and sustainable approach. If you’ve done any of my programs, you already know I keep things specific, minimalist, and designed for the busy parent, the full time employee, and anyone who wants fitness to fit their life, not take over their life.
As I kept working with more people in the clinic, especially those dealing with low back injuries, I noticed a gap that no one was addressing. Physical therapy gets people out of pain, but most are not truly ready to return to lifting, hiking, running, or anything higher level. There has never been a clear system to guide people from feeling better to feeling strong and confident again.
So I created one.
This is a structured low back return to strength program inside my training app that bridges the gap after physical therapy and helps you progress safely and consistently. I am beta testing it, it is completely free during this trial phase, and applications will close on December 15th. I am limiting it to 10 spots to make sure the experience is dialed in.
