The Village at Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas is the only local Catholic community for senior living that offers all levels of care and is university-based. In addition, in-home care is available throughout Bexar county with our Sisters Care in-home care program. Our Connections Community Outreach provides activities such as dancing and art classes to promote healthy lifestyles and community interaction for all ages. The Village at Incarnate Word does not discriminate against any person on the basis of race, color, national origin, disability, or age in admission, treatment, or participation in its programs, services and activities, or in employment.

Throughout the year, our residents have lovingly crafted crocheted hats and blankets, and they recently donated their handmade treasures to Seton Home to support children and families in need. We hope these heartfelt gifts bring comfort, joy, and warmth to all who receive them during this season of giving. ❤

Yesterday, our community gathered for a special blessing and the official re-opening of the Dubuis House Courtyard! 💚🌱

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our donors, we raised over $80,500 to refurbish this beloved community space. This includes contributions to our “Heritage Walkway” of engraved bricks and pavers, which will soon be installed in the courtyard.

Here’s to all the peaceful strolls, lawn games, happy hours, and quiet moments outdoors we’ll share here as a community. Thank you to everyone who supported this project — we are truly grateful! ❤
