Like every snowflake, each ornament was uniquely chosen by our residents to place on our 12-foot Lynridge Christmas Tree! ✨ They warmed up with hot cocoa, enjoyed cookies, and sang along to their favorite Christmas carols — filling our community with the sweetest holiday cheer. ☕🍪🎶

❄️☃️ “ICE” Outing at the JW Marriott Resort! ☃️❄️
What a magical adventure! Our residents stepped into a winter wonderland where Frosty the Snowman came to life through incredible ice sculptures! At a chilly 9°F, we definitely earned some hot cocoa + gingerbread cookie decorating afterward — and it was delicious! 😋🎄

During the holiday season, many senior citizens find themselves alone or unable to prepare a holiday meal. In 1979, San Antonio restaurant owner and businessman Raul Jimenez recognized this need and created a Thanksgiving Day event dedicated to serving those who might otherwise be forgotten.

This year, our residents were honored to take part by creating beautiful placemats for the 46th Annual Raul Jimenez Thanksgiving Dinner. Their creativity and heartfelt efforts helped bring warmth and care to this meaningful tradition. 💛🦃
